This adaptation proved to be a very important step for the further development of our company. Not only did it enable us to meet statutory regulations, it also allowed us to focus on products generating added value and offered opportunity for opening up the Isleten peninsula to soft tourism.

The use of nitroglycerin as pharmaceutical API is going down in Europe and also in other parts of the world. Therefore we stopped the production of all explosives in February 2020. Currently we are cleaning up the site, which will allow us to enhance the use of the beautiful site of Isleten for touristic and other use.
